Driver verification requirements

  • Valid CDL, Class A or B as applicable
  • Current CDL photo upload
  • Clean MVR review (staff-assisted)
  • Signed Driver Attestation

Why daily assignment matters

Every unit booked with a driver must have that day's driver and truck unit number confirmed before the job starts. This creates an audit trail tying every haul to a specific verified person and a specific verified truck — protecting both the contractor and the carrier if a dispute or incident occurs.

Daily Driver-to-Unit Assignment Log

For every active booking day, the carrier confirms which verified driver is operating which truck unit. This log is what MovingDirt.com and the contractor reference if a question comes up about who delivered a load.
