What AggDash is: the fast lane. A contractor posts an exact amount of material with an exact deadline inside the next seven days, either something they need delivered to the site or excess aggregate and fill dirt they need hauled off it. We blast it to verified carriers whose radius and equipment match, and it lands here at the same moment. Some posters name a firm price, some leave it open for your number. Anything further out than seven days lives on Project RFPs instead.

Claiming holds it, it does not dispatch it. The first carrier to claim gets a short exclusive hold while a broker verifies insurance, capacity and scope, then calls to confirm. Nothing rolls before that call. That is the whole point: an urgent load is exactly where an unvetted truck does the most damage. Brokered by Freight Broker Group LLC (USDOT #4413464, MC #1734098).

An awarded load stays up, marked Pending, and still takes backups. Pending means one carrier is confirmed and the stone has not moved yet. Any other carrier can put their name behind it as a backup: no hold, no clock, nothing owed, and no truck to keep free. If the confirmed carrier does not run it, a broker calls the backups in order rather than starting the search over at 6am with an empty jobsite waiting.

1. A contractor posts the load

Amount, material, deadline, site, and either a firm price or an invitation for yours. Takes about a minute from a phone at the jobsite.

2. Matching carriers get it instantly

Every verified carrier whose service radius and equipment fit gets an alert the moment it posts. It shows up on this board at the same time.

3. First claim gets an exclusive hold

Claiming takes the dash off the market for everyone else while a broker verifies you and the poster. Nobody else can claim it during your hold.

4. A broker calls and confirms

Insurance, capacity, scope, site access. Once that call is done the load is yours and you roll. Proof of delivery releases the funds.

5. It goes Pending, and backups queue behind it

The load stays on the board marked Pending until it is delivered. Other carriers can add their name as a backup: no hold, no clock, no truck to keep free. If the confirmed carrier falls through, we call the backups instead of starting over.

Need trucks today?

Post it to AggDash and let the board find you.

Contractors post an urgent delivery or haul-off from the portal in about a minute. Carriers: get verified once and start claiming. Either way, call (330) 293-5401 if it is moving faster than a form.
